Claudia Nelly González is a community leader, health advocate, and entrepreneur with over three decades of dedicated service to the Hispanic community on Long Island, New York. Born in Tuxpan, Michoacán, Mexico, she began serving her community at age 18 and has never stopped. Her professional journey spans roles as a Patient Navigator, Outreach Specialist, Cancer Counselor, and Health Fair Coordinator — always centered on bringing quality care, education, and dignity to those who need it most.

Claudia is the Founder of the Latin Women's Congress Organization and Coordinator of The Hampton Business Expo. A certified Zumba instructor of 14+ years, she uses every platform she has to uplift women, support small businesses, and raise funds for cancer patients in treatment. She is also a proud adoptive mother, Mama Foster advocate, Master Sales Leader at Atomy, and a trusted voice in Hispanic community networking and business development.

Driven by faith, love, and an unshakeable commitment to giving back, Claudia believes that serving others is not just a calling — it is a way of life.

Born in Colombia, Gabby E. Pazos is a proud payanesa who represents a true example of resilience. She graduated in Business Administration from the prestigious Universidad del Cauca in her homeland, laying the foundation for a remarkable professional and personal journey.

More than two decades ago, she emigrated to the United States with her family in search of better opportunities. Like many immigrants, she faced the challenges of starting from scratch — but moved forward through effort, dedication, perseverance, and the unwavering faith characteristic of Colombian women everywhere.

Gabby is a breast cancer survivor, an experience she describes as a true miracle. She is deeply grateful to God, the medical team that cared for her, and the unconditional support of her family and friends. This experience strengthened her character and helped her discover that even in the weakest moments, an even greater inner strength can be found.

Passionate about community service, Gabby serves on the Board of Directors of the Congreso de la Mujer Latina as an executive member, contributing her knowledge, experience, and leadership — especially in administration and community work.

Madeleyn Lourenco, of Colombian nationality, was born on May 11, 1974. She is a woman committed to service, guided by core values of love, respect, and purpose. Throughout her life, she has been characterized by her human sensitivity, community vocation, and ability to accompany processes with empathy and faith.

She holds a degree in Occupational Health from the Universidad de Nariño in Pereira, Colombia, and has studied theology at the Instituto de Formación San Mateo in Dix Hills, New York. This preparation has allowed her to strengthen her holistic approach to human well-being, combining technical knowledge with deep spiritual orientation.

With more than ten years of experience in community service, she has distinguished herself as a volunteer and service leader at the Congreso de la Mujer Latina. In this role, she has accompanied and supported activities focused on personal growth and women's well-being, contributing to the development of a non-profit organization grounded in love and service. Her work has promoted communication, trust, and respect, while strengthening safe spaces where women can develop integrally.

She currently resides in Hampton Bays, New York, where she continues developing her life mission focused on service and community building.
